£299 + VAT

This price covers: To Let board, accompanied viewings by knowledgeable staff, local press advertising, Rightmove advertising, all tenants are reference checked, bond & first month's rent taken, tenancy agreement created & signed, standing order set up.

Free if managed by us or £100 + VAT

This price covers: We will hand in your tenant, take an inventory, collect payment, take meter readings, inform energy suppliers, water board & local council tax of the new tenant moving into your property.

Flats  £25 + VAT per month  &  Houses   £30 + VAT per month

For our fee we will collect the rent on your behalf & place it into your bank account, administer the bond with a recognised government account, handle any day to day issues that may arise, deal with tradesmen & repairs on your behalf (subject to your approval), organise a CP12 (by a Corgi registered gas engineer) whenever it needs renewing, visit the property at regular pre-determined intervals & deal with tenant hand out at the end of the tenancy.
