    As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities of the Landlord, with this in mind our most important consideration is providing you, the Landlord with the best possible service and the right tenant for your property.

    We never forget that the property is your most important asset and we can confidently assure you that by instructing us to act as your Letting and Management Agent, your asset will be in professional hands.

    Our fees are transparent:

    • Marketing Fee: £250
    • Letting Fee: Free as it is part of the management service.
    • Management Fee: 5% of rent per annum (Subject to a minimum of £1000)
    • Sales Fee: 1% of the purchase price.
    VAT is payable at the current rate.


    Quality Tenants

    Drawn from a continually updated register, all prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked and in some cases, we will also require a guarantor.


    Out of Hours Service

    We are happy to visit your property outside normal office hours and at a time that is convenient to you.

    We also have members of staff available six days a week by phone and email between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
